The Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Reporting Portal is open for Reporting Period 3. Providers who received one or more PRF payments exceeding $10,000, in the aggregate, during the third Payment Received Period must report on their use of funds no later than 11:59 pm on Friday, September 30.
