Both Senate Republicans and the Problems Solvers Caucus introduced competing infrastructure proposals in response to President Biden’s American Jobs Plan. NRHA believes these proposals will serve as counteroffers and/or guideposts for Congressional negotiations as infrastructure priorities are codified into law.
