Save The Date: NIRMH & TAANA Bring Together Top National Leaders at the Tri-State Symposium: (Re)Writing the Social Determinants of Health-focused Health and Human Services Paradigm Post- Pandemic, and in the Age of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

PITTSBURGH, PA (June 20-21, 2024) – The National Institute of Rural and Minority Health (NIRMH) and The American Association of Nurse Attorneys (TAANA) have come together to host the Joint Tri-State Symposium: (Re)Writing the Social Determinants of Health (SDoH)-focused Health and Human Services Paradigm Post Pandemic, and in the Age of Artificial Intelligence (AI), which will take place in the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at Point Park University. This is a hybrid event. Participants may attend in-person or electronically.
· Tri-State Symposium is serving as a pivotal gathering for the SDoH-focused health and human services, and AI community to exchange information, scholarship, and data-driven, evidence-based strategies for (Re)Writing our roadmap to building a healthier America post-pandemic and in the age of AI.
· Top leaders in the country will share about the work they and their team are doing, the progress and path forward, and the critical steps to ensure the health and wellbeing of all Americans.
· Diverse Attendee Base: Scientists, payors, providers, clinicians, policymakers, educators, engineers, programmers, community leaders, patients, survivors, and advocates from across the nation converge to share related paradigm shifts and cutting-edge research, outreach, and impact of initiatives.
· Comprehensive Program: A two-day event featuring continuing education programming of thought-provoking panel discussions, presentations, real world AI medical use cases, and interactive sessions addressing challenges, innovations, and reported paradigm shifts in DEI, Accessibility, and Law, Privacy, Medical AI, Government, and Education tailored for healthcare leaders, providers, policymakers, lawyers, AI leaders, specialty societies, CBOs, FBOs, educators in S.T.E.M. fields, and the wider community.
· Themed Presentations and Panel Discussions: Covering topics such as Community-based Partnerships, Medicaid Managed Care, Access to Care, Education, Legal Advocacy, Cybersecurity, Rural Hospitals, Real-life AI Medical Use, Law and Ethics, and Government and Policy, offering valuable insights and the reported paradigm shifts, in real-time, for attendees at all career stages.
· Networking Opportunities: Attendees can connect with strategic partners and explore collaborative educational projects with speakers, focusing on SDoH, education, AI platforms, and accessibility in health services.
