The National Telehealth Policy Resource Center – also known as the Center for Connected Health Policy (CCHP) – has launched its resource itemizing telehealth elements included within each state’s plan for the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). The CCHP is funded by HRSA’s Office for the Advancement of Telehealth and is part of a broader network of regional telehealth resource centers providing no-cost expertise in telehealth education and implementation.
