Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services (DHS) posted the draft 2026 HealthChoices Agreement on its website. The draft is effective January 1, 2026, pending Commonwealth signatures and CMS approval. DHS will release an MA Bulletin in the coming months with an effective date and instructions on how to bill for Community Health Worker (CHW) services.
