This week, ARC Federal Co-Chair Gayle Manchin, 2023 States’ Co-Chair Governor Andy Beshear of Kentucky, and other ARC partners gathered in the revitalized downtown of Ashland, Kentucky to announce our 2023 annual conference.
Mark your calendars to join us September 11-12 for Appalachia Rises©: Resilience, Strength & Transformation, where we will exchange ideas, make connections, and shape plans to strengthen economic growth in the region.Registration and agenda information will be shared this summer, but we’re looking to our partners and other Appalachian leaders for conference programming ideas now.
