The Department of Human Services (DHS) has announced release of the Statewide Resource and Referral Tool draft RFP-Technical Submittal, which has been posted for a 30-day public comment period. DHS would value your input and comments as the Department continues to lead this effort forward toward implementation of an assessment tool to identify social barriers to health and well-being and better connect people to services that address their needs.
